In this series of near-death experiences, hard life lessons, and descriptive passion about flight, Derek and Robert Oaks share how their life perspective of flight has fueled their success, helped them overcome serious setbacks, and learn to enjoy life 'as is'. From their early experiences and training, combat experiences saving lives, and struggles to live up to the requirements of a good military pilot, both Oaks have taken these challenges and learned to RISE ABOVE. Those same lessons have taught them how do deal with life itself, to include parenting, work place struggles, and questions of purpose and faith.
