Brian Morris knows he is at a crossroads in his teaching career. He is rapidly losing motivation for his work did not get off to the start he had anticipated. He is having a difficult time connecting with his students and their standardized test scores have dropped since he arrived. He is on his last year of his Initial License and must show he is competent to advance to a Standard License by the state Board of Education and time is running out.
