Barbara Simonsohn is a nutritionist and Reiki teacher. Since 1982 she has been giving seminars in Germany and abroad, especially on authentic reiki organized in seven grades, on acidosis and massage therapy according to Dr. Renate Collier, as well as on yoga. In addition, she deals intensively with the subject of "healthy nutrition" and is considered an expert on "superfoods". She was born in Hamburg and travels regularly to India, where she meditates and volunteers as an English teacher for orphans. She also supports moringa projects and has planted fruit trees and organic gardens as part of her development work in Haiti. Since 1995, Barbara Simonsohn has published numerous guides in the field of holistic health; the total volume of her books sold is over 500,000 copies.
