Cartea este primul volum al seriei. Recunosc că nu am putut să o las din mână. Inițial am cumpărat-o pe aceasta și am zis că dacă îmi place, le comand și pe restul. Am regretat că nu le-am luat pe toate odată pentru că atunci când am terminat-o, a trebuit să mai aștept câteva zile să vină și restul, Mi-a plăcut enorm toată seria ACOTAR, mai ales ultimul volum, Este un fantasy spumos, presărat cu scene erotice foarte bine scrise. Poate suna ciudat, dar nu mi se pare deloc ușor să scrii astfel de scene și de asta am un mare respect pentru scriitorii care reușesc să o facă bine. Scenele nu sunt puse acolo ieșite din context ci ajută mult la conturarea personajelor și a chimiei dintre ele. Da, recomand cu căldură aceasta carte și de altfel toată seria celor îndrăgostiți de fantasy cu ceva picanterii adăugate. Personajele sunt extraordinare iar povestea și parcursul lor te captivează, dar dacă te uiți dincolo de ele, vei descoperi anumite valori eterne: dragoste, respect, sacrificiu, reziliență. E interesant și cum este pusă pe seama acestor personaje o relație abuzivă vs una sănătoasă și ce face diferența dintre ele. Gata! Nu vreau să vă stric plăcerea de a le devora voi. Lectură plăcută! Veți face câteva nopți albe, cu siguranță.
