Dr. Shashi K. Agarwal is a retired physician. During his active practice years, he attained Board Certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Holistic Medicine, Integrative Medicine and Anti-Aging Medicine. During his golden years, he has developed a keen interest in Yoga. He has presented scientific abstracts on the health benefits of yoga at International Conferences in India, Glasgow, UK, France and the USA. He has also published yoga related scientific articles in several national and international journals and given talks on the evidence based health benefits of yoga at several national meetings in the USA. He is a certified yoga teacher. He has given several formal and informal yoga sessions at a Federal Prison Camp.
