ABOUT THIS BOOK Woke leaders are the stewards of an 'all in' equity economy; they are the sentinels for change. They live at the nexus of consciousness and compassion; and, in this book-Woke Leadership: Profits, Prophets & Purpose-I describe the experiences that create these leadership traits and I profile "woke" leaders and followers in action. Woke leadership is a continuum of noticing, appreciating, internalizing, and acting. They lead with purpose and compassion.
