An urgent call from Architect, Yoga Teacher and Nursing Associate, Lucia Bruno, to re-examine the "science" and admit, through the findings of over two hundred peer-reviewed studies, that masks do not work and cause an endless list of ailments easily conducive to fatal consequences.

The title of this work is strong yet factual. The aim is to provide evidence-based science to counteract the misinformation that many had to endure on a daily basis when self-appointed experts - after armchair crash courses in virology - were falsely affirming that if someone didn't wear a mask, their patients, themselves and their grandma were going to get COVID and die. The opposite, as a matter of fact, is true. Mask wearers produce and spread far more infected Covid particles than maskless individuals. They rebreathe this amplified viral load deeper into their lungs and have at least 1.5 times (50%) more chances of getting infected and dying.

This book is also a call to those in power to never again force and mandate the general public and workers to needlessly endanger their health.
