Sally Seahorse, Steve Stingray, Ollie Octopus, and Penny Pufferfish are excited to go on an adventure aboard the Sea Turtle Express- they heard it ends with a special surprise! They travel throughout the ocean, stopping at various places to visit different types of amazing sea animals. Sally Seahorse doesn't think they need rules on the Sea Turtle Express, but at each stop finds out the importance of learning and following rules (especially on a fun adventure)!
