He is the author of 101 Presidential Insults: What They Really Thought About Each Other - and What It Means to Us. This well-received 2019 book is available from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and local bookstores.

Mike has undergraduate and graduate degrees in business administration (University of Puget Sound), and a Master of Divinity degree (Fuller Theological Seminary).
