Just like us humans, Christmas elves are born with their own talent and skill and it's up to each to find what job they'd like to do. Lucky for them, Santa lends a helping hand and assigns his elves to just the right job based on their skill.
...But what happens if an elf doesn't make the job list?
Well, Santa might be the big guy in charge at the North Pole but it's his daughter, North, who runs the elf show, so this is her neck of the woods. She's their go-to-gal whose job it is to help all of the new elves settle into their workshops. And this year, North is about to face one of her biggest challenges yet when new elf Tess arrives.
...Help is on the way for Tess the Elf when her job doesn't make the list.
