Magic in the Air and Sea features 25 GRAYSCALE fairies and mermaids by artist Molly Harrison. Grayscale means all the shades from black to white NOT line art. It is a fun and different way to color! Do not be intimidated as it really is quite easy. Alcohol markers, colored pencils, pastels, gel pens all work with grayscale. For coloring over dark areas, colored pencil and pastels work best. If you use markers, please be sure to put a piece of heavy paper between the pages to prevent bleed through to the next page. Feel free to scan the images from the book to print out on heavier paper.
