Jesse Bennett is a mom of two awesome kids. She and her family live in Roseville, California. Lift is her third children's book, following The Yoga House and Sunshine. In addition to writing, she teaches Pilates, yoga, and yoga for kids. She loves sharing the message of kindness, gratitude, and mindfulness with children and giving back to her community.
