Jacobsen, Douglas: - Douglas Jacobsen (PhD, University of Chicago) is distinguished professor of church history and theology at Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania. He is the author, coauthor, or editor of ten books, including Gracious Christianity; Thinking in the Spirit: Theologies of the Early Pentecostal Movement (Pneuma Award of the Society for Pentecostal Studies); The American University in a Postsecular Age (Lilly Fellows Program Book Award); No Longer Invisible: Religion in University Education; and The World's Christians: Who They Are, Where They Are, and How They Got There.
