Rigsby, Annelle: - A graduate of Ohio University and Georgia State University, Annelle Rigsby taught in elementary and middle schools and served as a curriculum specialist. She is the coauthor with Edwina Raffa of the children's novels Kidnapped in Key West and Escape to the Everglades. She lives in Florida with her husband.
