Tristina H. Bown has been a sufferer of Epstein-Barr Virus for over 35 years. She has felt great the last 12 years of this journey and would like to share her personal story and recipe of getting well and fighting the battle.

Tristina is married with 2 wonderful boys and 2 beautiful daughters-in-law, and with 9 grandchildren that they spend a lot of time enjoying. She was a veterinarian tech for over 24 years with the last 7 years running and operating a rehab clinic for a local vet. After rehabbing and healing furry critters she decided to move on to two-legged critters.

She worked hard at getting her LMT and CNA. Tristina has studied health and mental issues most of her life and has received numerous certifications. She then discovered her ability to help in the healing process of humans as a facilitator.

She is a freelance writer for a local paper and writes on health and medical issues. Tristina and her husband Bill are in a band together with 4 other band members and play all over for different events, playing Rock and Roll songs along with originals that her husband has written. They travel a lot together and enjoy the outdoors with their families and furry babies. She has performed public speaking engagements about her journey of healing and will continue to do so the rest of her life. She recently studied and passed her real estate test and is now a licensed real estate agent.
