Defend Yourself with Judo was originally published in 1960 and is a concise and practical guide to self-defense applications using Judo techniques, In the author's own words:

"What I have tried to offer is a reasonably comprehensive system of techniques, which I have found to prove their worth, whilst fighting under combat conditions with a friend.
