Greenspan, Catherine M.: - Dr. Thomas Jeneby is a board-certified plastic surgeon in San Antonio, Texas. He trained at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania Combined General/Plastic Surgery Residency, which matriculates only two residents per year from a pool of hundreds of applicants. He has been in practice since 2002 and has held the position of President of the San Antonio Society of Plastic Surgeons since 2016.
