Pulford, Adelina: - Adelina was born in the small Calabrian town of Cervicati in the province of Cosenza Italy and emigrated to Australia with her family as a young girl. With a passion for cooking she trained a Chef and after qualifying worked in a number of well established Italian restaurants. After a career as a chef Adelina opened a very popular cooking school writing her fist of 5 books in 2014. Her latest book Dolce e Salato / Sweat & Savoury2 contains 64 all new recipes and includes many recipes with step by step photos.
