Awakened from a deep coma, Kelly learned how to crawl, walk, eat, recite the ABCs, count to 10, and LOOK IN THE MIRROR. There she met the stranger, who was left with a traumatic brain injury and legal blindness with only 18% of sight in one eye. Kelly endured more than 17 facial surgeries, while being ostracized by those she once called friends. But in the darkness of a hospital room, she met JESUS, and He made all the difference. After placing her faith in God, He began working miracles in her life.

Today, after marrying John, the love of her life, Kelly jogs ten miles a day, dances, sings, rides a bike, drives a golf cart, plays tennis and pickleball, and snow skis. And she's the author of this inspirational book, A Stranger to Myself-No More, which she wrote not for glory or money but to offer hope to those who have none. Kelly is a survivor. Heaven knows our world needs survivor stories, especially now.
