Lottie Covell is a freelance food stylist and was previously Food and Lifestyle Editor for delicious magazine. She started working in recipe development and food styling after finishing her diploma course at Leith's School of Food and Wine. She wrote the recipes for The Toblerone Cookbook. Her clients include Olive Magazine, Sainsbury's Magazine and BBC Good Food Magazine.
