This is a chronicle of my journey through life's trauma including abandonment, sexual abuse, PTSD and divorce, my opportunity for metamorphosis (conscious state change) to the metaphysical (finding spirit within). A journey where I have come to realize that my story is just my story - it is not me. I can now consciously chose to be the best version of who I am.
