Jauron, Vicki: - Vicki Jauron is an award-winning wildlife photographer whose images have appeared in books, magazines, advertisements and educational materials worldwide. Her goal is to promote a love of nature and commitment to it's preservation through both her images and now her children's stories featuring her work. Vicki currently lives in Chester County, Pennsylvania, but she spent most of her life in Babylon, Long Island where she spent many mornings on the beach, crawling on her belly in the sand to get intimate with the shore birds and other wildlife. Vicki has traveled extensively, including annual safaris to Africa. She has a B.S. Degree in Sociology / Cultural Anthropology from University of Maryland, and spent 30 long years working in the corporate world before she retired to pursue more creative adventures and the ability to share her love of nature and wildlife with others.
