Van Roessel, H.: - T. HILLEN, Dr. rer. nat. is Professor and Associate Chair (Research) in the Department of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences at the University of Alberta, Canada. Dr. Hillen is a world leading expert in PDEs applied to biological processes and he has published extensively on the mathematical modelling of cell movement, cancer growth and treatment, and spatial distribution of biological species.
