"My Mommy Doesn't Look Like Me" is not only for children who have been adopted, but for all children, to familiarize them with the family structures some of their friends might have that look different than their own. As well as for parents, who may easily 'single-story' family structures that are made up of different ethnicities or have trouble explaining adoption to their little ones.
