Sklansky, Amy E.: - Amy E. Sklansky is the author of a dozen books for children, most of which are written in verse. As a kid, she dressed up as Laura Ingalls Wilder two Halloweens in a row. She has visited (in person and virtually) more than 150 schools and libraries from Turtle Lake, North Dakota, to Singapore. She lives in St. Louis, Missouri, where she is fond of reading aloud and drinking fancy black tea as she crafts her stories.
