Sam and Josh are two boys growing up in very different places. Sam is a city kid and Josh lives on the wild and windswept Outer Banks of North Carolina. When the two boys meet by chance, Sam is given an opportunity he can't pass up, a summer in Hatteras. This is a story of friendship, hard work, and adventure, a story of two boys and a boat.
