Born in a small German town at the dawn of World War II, Peter Paulsen was raised by a resourceful, resilient single mother, and immigrated with his family to the United States at age eighteen. With a strong work ethic and a belief in the power of positive thinking, Peter went from journeyman bricklayer to starting his own masonry company at age twenty-one. Before Peter turned thirty, he was developing high-quality. Single-family homes and apartment complexes that he designed himself. From there, he went on to additional residential and commercial development, including multi-building office parks, innovatively designed apartment complexes, and even a luxury waterfront hotel. Peter has owned a bank and two shopping centers, and has become a highly successful, self-taught stock investor.
